Dale Ream
Plant & Maintenance Manager

With over 30 years at R&C, Dale has a plethora of experience in the redimix business! He's done everything from running the gravel pit's rock crusher to maintaining a well kept shop to hauling the concrete - now, a seasoned manager. Dale enjoys spending time with his 4 grandchildren and camping at the Mackinaw Bridge.
Ralph Boerema
Plant Manager

Ralph runs the every day operations of the plant. A typical day for Gary consists of dispatching drivers, visiting site to ensure operations run smoothly, ordering materials and communicating the duties for the day to employees.
